Overview of ImmVar Data Contents
The current data types available include:
- demographics (DEM)
- herpesvirus serostatuses (HV)
- genetic ancestry (GA)
- SNP genotypes in immune related genes (SNP)
- leukocyte phenotypes (PHE)
- gene expression (EXP)
- cytokines at baseline/health or during acute infection with influenza virus (CYT)
