Overview of Site Data Contents

The current data types available include:

• cytokines in nasal wash samples (CTY-NW)
• plasma samples (CYT-PA)
• genetics (GEN)
• viral loads (VL)
• RNAseq data (RNA)
• HLA data (HLA)

Data availability of the samples, categorized by cohort, are indicated by color, with green representing available data. When new data are added to the site, they will be added to this table. Hover over the data type of interest above and click on the data type of interest to be taken to its specific page to query the samples. Demographic information for the samples is also included under the DEM option.
